New Customers: If you have recently purchased a massage chair or a product then please ensure that you register your warranty by completing the Product & Warranty Registration form. By completing this form we will have all of the information we need to ensure that any issues that you may experience are rectified quickly.
Returning Customers: For those of you who have purchased from us over the last 20 years we also have resources to assist you. Whether you have lost your manual, need a spare part or maybe you have purchased your chair second hand and need some information, you are a valued customer and we will look after you.

When searching or calling for the assistance you will be asked for the model number of your massage chair. The model number can be found on a small plate at the back of your massage chair, usually near the power outlet.
