Feel Good Massage Chairs will handle all necessary covered repairs, including sending required parts directly to you and arranging for an authorised service provider to perform repairs at your home, all at no cost. In the rare event that a specific part is unavailable, we may replace your product with a comparable model, though the replacement value will not exceed the original purchase price. If you choose not to accept a replacement, our warranty coverage will no longer include repair services.

Our service includes removing any existing furniture or old massage chairs and expertly handling the installation process, including carrying the chair upstairs. Our technicians are highly experienced, with years of study in massage chairs and a deep understanding of every detail.
