Please note that while the chair is delivered in one box, they are still quite large. The largest box measures approximately 1.8 meters in length and 1 meter in width. This should be considered when planning for the installation area.
Delivery & Installation:

- If there are stairs or steps, please inform our staff in advance as additional personnel may be required.

5 Year In-Home Warranty:
The Genesis Dual Core Massage Chair comes with a 5 year warranty. Feel Good Massage Chairs will handle all necessary covered repairs, including sending required parts directly to you and arranging for an authorised service provider to perform repairs at your home, all at no cost. In the rare event that a specific part is unavailable, we may replace your product with a comparable model, though the replacement value will not exceed the original purchase price. If you choose not to accept a replacement, our warranty coverage will no longer include repair services.
