The Genesis Plus - Dual Core (2025) runs two independent massage cores simultaneously, covering the back from neck to hip with five levels of 4D depth intensity. With 26 auto programmes across six categories — Classic Massage, Family Sharing, Sports, Stretch, Pain Relief, and Sleep — and 16 individual manual massage techniques, the chair can be adjusted to suit each session. The built-in health testing sensor measures blood oxygen, heart rate, and fatigue before each session and recommends a programme based on the results. AI voice control activates with "Hello Kiri", full-body heating covers the waist, seat, legs, and feet, and a tablet controller with armrest-mounted quick-access keys provides access to every function. The Genesis Plus runs two independent 4D massage cores simultaneously, covering the back from neck to hip. Both cores always run together — individual core settings are not supported. Depth adjusts across five levels, and speed is independently adjustable.

Before each session, rest your fingertip gently on the built-in health testing sensor. The Genesis Plus measures your blood oxygen saturation, heart rate, and fatigue levels in real time — then recommends the most appropriate programme from its library of 26. It's a genuinely personalised experience that adapts to your physical state on any given day, not just your preferences.
AI Voice Control
Say "Hello Kiri." That's All.
The Genesis Plus responds to the wake word "Hello Kiri". Once activated, you have 8 seconds to speak one of 8 category-level commands: Classic Massage, Family Exclusive, Sports & Leisure, Stretch, Pain Relief, Sleep Relaxation, Health Testing, or Zero Gravity. The speaker confirms recognition with an audio response. If there is no feedback, wait 2 seconds and try again. Voice mode sleeps automatically after 8 seconds of inactivity following the wake word.

The Genesis Plus includes three dedicated traction programmes under the Stretch category: Cervical Traction, Lumbar Traction, and Full Body Traction. All three are selectable from the tablet controller, armrest remote, or via the "Stretch" voice command.
Full-Body Heating

The Genesis Plus covers four distinct heating zones — waist, seat, legs, and feet — all activatable with a single button press on either the tablet controller or the built-in armrest remote. Each zone uses a dedicated heating cloth: waist heating cloth, seat heating cloth, legrest heat cloth, and foot heating cloth. Heating runs independently alongside any programme and can be toggled on or off at any point in a session.

Three layers of control are built into the Genesis Plus. The full-colour tablet controller mounts to the right armrest bracket and provides access to the complete feature set. The built-in armrest remote covers the most common functions — programmes, manual mode, 4D depth, heating, roller, zero gravity, and position — without picking up the tablet. And voice control handles the six programme categories plus health testing and zero gravity, hands-free. A built-in Bluetooth speaker pairs with your device for audio throughout your session, while a USB charging port keeps your phone charged.

Delivery Information
The Genesis Plus arrives in one box. All components — main body, leg and foot assembly, tablet controller, tablet bracket, and power cable — are packed together to ensure nothing is missing on arrival.
Assembly is straightforward. The following components are connected on arrival:
Main Body — massage chair base and backrest unit
Leg & Foot Assembly — connect the harness plug to the main unit socket, connect the air tube to the air nozzle, and lock the rotating axis into the mounting ear
Tablet Controller & Bracket — insert the controller holder into the socket on the right armrest until the bottom screw snaps into place; align the hand control plug with the wire socket and tighten the nut; place the tablet controller on the holder
Back Seat Cushion & Heater Wire — connect the heater wire of waist and seat; align the middle of the back cushion to the middle of the backrest and connect with zipper; attach snap fasteners to seat sides and velcro to legrest
Space requirements: Allow at least 7 cm between the back of the chair and the wall, and at least 50 cm of clearance in front of the legrest to allow for full recline and legrest extension during operation.
Place cushioning under the chair to protect your floor — the chair is heavy and long-term placement on hard floors may cause surface marking.
The chair requires two or more people to lift during initial positioning. Do not use the castors on wooden or easily damaged flooring.

You can adjust the 4D depth intensity across five levels, with default at level 1 and maximum at level 5. Manual mode lets you set and run both cores together across all 16 techniques.
Before starting a session, press the Health Test button, then gently rest your forefinger on the sensor — do not press hard. Sit still, breathe evenly, and stay relaxed while the progress bar fills. The sensor measures your blood oxygen, heart rate, and fatigue level. When the bar reaches 100%, your results are shown and the chair recommends one of its 26 programmes based on your current state. Press OK to confirm and the recommended programme starts automatically. Note: health testing is for reference only and is not a medical diagnostic tool.
With the chair powered on, say "Hello Kiri" to activate the voice recognition system. You then have 8 seconds to speak one of the following commands: Classic Massage, Family Exclusive, Sports & Leisure, Stretch, Pain Relief, Sleep Relaxation, Health Testing, or Zero Gravity. If the chair recognises the command, the speaker will confirm. If there is no response, wait 2 seconds and try again, speaking clearly and directly toward the chair. Voice mode shuts down automatically after 8 seconds of inactivity following the wake word.

The recommended maximum session time is 20 minutes per session, with no more than 5 minutes of continuous massage on any single body area at a time. After each session, allow the chair to restore to its default position before the next use. Do not use the chair while sleeping.
