Warranty Terms and Conditions
Commercial Use and Small Appliances:
Products purchased for commercial purposes and small appliances are covered by (1) year warranty.
Massage Chairs:
Our top of the range massage chairs come with up to a 5 year warranty and our lower range chairs come with a 3 year warranty. Specific warranty details are provided on each product page within the warranty dropdown menu.
General Warranty Coverage:
We warrant all goods against material defects and third-party modifications during the warranty period, under normal usage conditions. Our warranty includes providing replacement parts, spare parts, repair, or replacement (at our discretion) of any product or part, at no charge to the customer.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation, unauthorised repairs, or improper use of electrical/power supply.
- Damage from power loss, electrical disturbances, power surges, or dropping the product.
- Loss of use during repair or waiting for parts, abuse, inappropriate placement, or abnormal use.
- Failure to follow operating instructions, consequential or indirect loss.
- Modified products, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, superficial blemishes, or damage from events such as floods, fires, or accidents.
- Softening/hardening of foams, wear, pilling of fabrics, natural markings in leather, or failures in attach points like stitching and zippers.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers must assist with providing further details, proof of purchase, and investigation of the product, including photos or videos if necessary, to facilitate spare parts, repair, or replacement solutions under warranty.
- Service Outside Warranty: Customers requesting service outside the warranty period will be invoiced for labor and parts.
Commencement of Warranty:
The warranty period starts from the date of receipt. If no delivery receipt is available, it begins three days after the product dispatch date. Keep your Tax Invoice as proof of purchase.
Non-transferability:
Warranties cannot be transferred to another person or product.
