Estimated Timeframes
All delivery timeframes provided at the time of purchase are estimates only. While we do our best to meet these timelines, delivery schedules may vary. -
Third-Party Carriers
Deliveries are fulfilled by third-party freight carriers and will be made during standard business hours (Monday to Friday). Special delivery arrangements outside these hours must be agreed upon in advance. -
Post-Dispatch Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, approval of the cancellation is at the sole discretion of Feel Good Massage Chairs. Any costs incurred as a result of the cancellation (including return freight) will be the responsibility of the customer. -
Delivery Scope
Standard delivery includes drop-off to the front door or ground-level entry only.
It does not include unpacking, assembly, or removal of packaging materialsβunless pre-arranged and confirmed with our team prior to delivery. -
π Free Delivery Offer
Free Delivery is available only for massage chairs valued over $3,000.
This offer applies exclusively to Metro customers. Customers located in rural or remote areas are not eligible for free delivery. -
π¦ Flat Delivery Rate β Metro Only
A flat delivery rate of $300 applies only to metro areas.
