✅ 40-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Online Sales Only)

We offer a 40-day money-back guarantee for purchases completed online through our website. If you're not fully satisfied, you're eligible for a refund—provided all return conditions are met (see below).

❌ This guarantee does not apply to purchases made in-store, at a kiosk, or at an event where you had the opportunity to try the chair.

 

❌ Change of Mind

Refunds will not be offered if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You no longer need the product

  • The item differs from your expectation or from how it appeared online or in-store

  • You purchased the product to assist with a health concern and it didn’t meet that purpose

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The chair must be in as new condition

  • The product must be repackaged in its original packaging, with all accessories (e.g., cords, remote controls) included

  • You must follow all return instructions provided by our team

  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking and inspection fee

  • Shipping and installation costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise arranged


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • The refund will exclude the original shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee

  • Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the refund to appear in your account


🛠 Faulty Products

If your item is faulty:

  1. Contact our Head Office on 1300 804 682

  2. Our technician will inspect and determine the issue

  3. We will either repair or replace the item based on the technician’s report

If the fault is found to be the result of misuse or mishandling, no refund or exchange will be offered.


🤝 Case-by-Case Discretion

Change-of-mind returns are assessed individually. If approved, you may receive a refund or store credit, less any applicable return or recovery fees.
