Warranty
The Hikari Massage Chair includes a 5-year in-home warranty.
Feel Good Massage Chairs will manage all covered repairs, including supplying any required parts and arranging for an authorised technician to carry out repairs in your home at no additional cost.
In the rare event that a specific component cannot be sourced, we may offer a replacement with a comparable model, up to the value of your original purchase.
If you choose not to accept the replacement option, the warranty will no longer cover further repair services.
