Most chairs roll across your back. The 3D Shiatsu's mechanism reaches into it, stretching up to 11cm forward to press the way real hands do. Six intensity levels and six speed levels take it from a slow, gentle rub to proper deep shiatsu work, and auto body scanning maps your back before the first pass so the pressure lands where it should.
The back track handles your spine. Forty-two airbags handle everything it cannot reach: 4 at the shoulders, 16 along the arms, 4 at the waist, 6 around the calves and 12 at the feet. They compress and release in sequence, so the massage wraps around you instead of stopping at your back.
Heating sits in the two places you notice it most: across the waist and under the arch of each foot. Below, triple-wave rollers knead the soles while the legrest extends up to 18cm to match your leg length, so taller users get the same fit as everyone else.

Two heating zones warm the areas that hold the most tension: a constant-heat compress across the waist, and heating under the arch of each foot. One press of the Heating button switches the warmth on, or just ask with your voice. Paired with the airbags and rollers, the heat helps muscles relax so the massage works deeper.
