Anyone who finds sitting down and standing up harder than it used to be. It combines a comfortable recliner, a gentle massage chair and a lift-assist seat in one.

A dedicated lift motor raises the seat cushion up and tilts it forward 45 degrees at a slow, steady pace, supporting you as you rise to your feet. Sitting down works the same way in reverse, the seat catches you and lowers you gently. It is all controlled from the handheld remote, and for safety you simply stay with the chair until the movement finishes.

Yes. One handheld remote controls the lift, the recline and the massage, and a side pocket keeps it within reach along with your book or magazine. There are no apps, screens or menus to learn.

Rolling, kneading and tapping work from the top of the neck down the back, with point massage for the shoulders, back and waist. A vibration seat adds gentle relief underneath, and sessions run on a 15-minute preset, so you can simply relax without watching the clock. The massage is deliberately gentle, made for daily use rather than deep pummelling.

Up to 190 degrees, from upright, through a relaxed lounge position, all the way to a long flat stretch. It is lovely for an afternoon nap without moving to the bedroom.

The Air Lift supports users up to 150kg, on a sturdy steel and timber frame with a quiet low-voltage motor.

One side is a smooth ottoman for simply resting your legs. Flip it over and the other side gives your feet and calves a massage, with rolling under the soles and kneading around the calves. Two leg rests in one, so you choose rest or relief.

Premium water-resistant leatherette that wipes clean easily, a practical choice for a chair that gets used every day. It is available in Black and Brown.
