After each chairs description and features you will see the specifications which includes everything you need to know to ensure a perfect fit in your home. We have a range of chairs to suit all homes and have even extended our newest range to accommodate those living in smaller homes and apartments. Our newest range, Destiny is specifically designed for compact living.

WHERE ARE THE MASSAGE CHAIRS MADE?

Our massage chairs are manufactured in Shanghai by one of the leading factories globally. Additionally, two of our models are Australian crafted. This same factory also supplies the motors and components for massage chairs made in Japan, which feature advanced AI technology—regarded as the best technology for massage chairs in the world.

IS ASSEMBLY REQUIRED, ARE THEY DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE?

In our range, a couple of our chairs don’t require any assembly at all, but most of them do need some form of assembly. If you’re using our delivery-only service, you’ll find useful videos and step-by-step instructions on our service and support page, as well as in your purchase email. Generally, our chairs arrive in either 2 or 3 boxes, which will include either the chair and the leg massage component, or the chair’s body, arms, and leg massage component.

HOW OFTEN AND HOW LONG SHOULD I USE MY MASSAGE CHAIR?

We generally recommend using the massage chair for no more than an hour a day, though ultimately, it’s up to you. Remember, during a massage, your muscles release lactic acid, so it’s important to stay hydrated. Also, be cautious when getting out of the chair, as you might experience slight dizziness.

CAN I ADJUST THE INTENSITY?

Yes, you can adjust the intensity of our massage chairs. All our models offer between 3 and 5 levels of intensity. To adjust the intensity, refer to the remote control or the instruction manual that came with your chair for detailed guidance.

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THAT OCCURS WITH MY CHAIR, DO YOU HAVE TECHNICIANS TO FIX IT?

We have technicians located across Australia. If you experience any issues with your chair, just call us on 1300 804 682, and our friendly staff will arrange for a technician to either speak with you or, if necessary, visit your home to repair the chair. In some cases, we might need additional information to help resolve the issue, but we'll guide you through every step. HOW LONG WILL MY CHAIR LAST?

Several factors influence the lifespan of a massage chair, including how often it’s used, how well it’s maintained, and where it’s located. I often compare a massage chair to a car: with proper care and respect, you can enjoy many happy years of use. On average, a massage chair lasts around 10 years, but we are still servicing chairs we sold over 15 years ago.

WHERE CAN I TRY THE DIFFERENT MODELS?

We have showrooms in Adelaide and Melbourne where you can see and try our entire range of massage chairs. We’re also in the process of expanding to Sydney and Queensland.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY AND WHAT DOES IT COVER

The warranty for our massage chairs varies depending on the model you purchase. Our low and mid-range chairs come with a 3 year warranty, while our top of the range massage chairs include a 5 year warranty. All of our chairs also come with a Lifetime Structural Warranty. ARE THERE INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS

Yes, there is. On our product pages, you will find the manual for the chair, and you can also find instructional videos on our YouTube channel.

WHY DOES MY CHAIR HURT ME?

It’s not uncommon for customers to feel sore after using their massage chair for the first few times. Using a massage chair is similar to a workout, as your muscles are being worked to release tension. Some muscles that the chair targets may not have been used recently, or you might have built-up tension, which can cause discomfort. This should ease with continued use.

However, overusing your massage chair can also lead to pain and discomfort, so we recommend limiting your use to a maximum of 1 hour per day.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CHAIR MODELS?

CAN KIDS USE THE MASSAGE CHAIR?

We recommend that children under the age of 12 do not use the massage chair unless a medical professional provides consent. This is because the growth plates in children under 12 may not be fully developed, and the mechanical rollers, pressure from airbags, and stretching motions in the programmes could potentially affect their natural development and cause injury. Please consult your medical practitioner for further advice.

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

The method of delivery depends on your location. If you live within 150 km of either of our showrooms or warehouses, our Feel Good Technicians will handle the delivery and installation of your chair in your home.

If you live outside this zone, your chair will be delivered by one of our couriers to your door. If you arrange it with us, one of our technicians can also come to install your chair.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY MASSAGE CHAIR TO ARRIVE?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, delivery takes between 3 to 5 business days within Australia. For remote areas, it might take a bit longer.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is a flat fee of $395 for all orders. However, this may vary depending on your location.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY MASSAGE CHAIR DELIVERY IS DELAYED?

If your chair is delayed, please contact our customer support team at sales@feelgoodmassagechairs.com.au. We will investigate the issue and provide you with an update as soon as possible. Delays are rare, but if they occur, it may indicate an issue that we need to address.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER

While damage during shipping is rare and seldom occurs, we are here to ensure that any issues are promptly resolved.

MY CHAIR IS NOT WORKING

Power board issues: If you are using a power board, try plugging the chair directly into a wall socket.

Power outages or surges: Have you experienced any recent power outages or potential power surges? Try plugging the chair into a different wall socket, ideally on the other side of the room.

THE CHAIR IS MAKING A BEEPING NOISE, WHILST MASSAGING ME

No need to worry; this noise is a normal part of the chair’s operation. It’s completely expected. Relax and enjoy your massage!

THE CHAIR IS NOT MASSAGING, THE LIGHTS ARE FLASHING AND ITS ON

If you're experiencing issues, try the following steps:

  1. Check that none of the buttons are stuck or pushed in too far.
  2. Ensure the remote control plug is connected properly.
  3. Select a massage function to test if it activates.

THE REMOTE CONTROL IS NOT WORKING, HOW CAN I FIX IT?
  • Check batteries: Ensure that the remote control batteries are not depleted. Replace them if necessary.
  • Reset the remote: Try resetting the remote control by removing the batteries and reinserting them after a few minutes.
  • Inspect the connections: Ensure that the remote control is properly connected to the chair and that there are no loose cables.
