Largest Box Size
Please note that while the chair is delivered in three boxes, they are still quite large. The largest box measures approximately 1.8 metres in length and 1 metre in width. This should be considered when planning for the installation area.
Delivery & Installation: Ensure the area is clear for the delivery of your massage chair. If there are stairs or steps, please inform our staff in advance as additional personnel may be required.
Delivery Only: Your boxes will be delivered to your door. Inside the main chair box (the largest box), you will find an instruction manual. Please read the instruction manual thoroughly before beginning the installation of your chair. If you need assistance at any point, do not hesitate to call us at 1300 804 682, and we will arrange for a technician to assist you.
Warranty
The Phantom Rovo Dual Core Massage Chair comes with a 5 year warranty. Feel Good Massage Chairs will handle all necessary covered repairs, including sending required parts directly to you and arranging for an authorised service provider to perform repairs at your home, all at no cost.
In the rare event that a specific part is unavailable, we may replace your product with a comparable model, though the replacement value will not exceed the original purchase price. If you choose not to accept a replacement, our warranty coverage will no longer include repair services.
