Delivery Information
The Destiny will be delivered in one box, consisting of the body of the chair. It's important to note that while the chair arrives in a single box, the packaging is quite sizable, measuring approximately 1.6m in length and 85 cm in width. Please ensure your installation area accommodates this size.

Ensure clear access for delivery, especially if there are stairs or steps involved. Notify our staff in advance to facilitate smooth delivery.
Delivery Only:
Your box will be delivered to your door. Inside the main chair box, you'll find an instruction manual. Please review the manual before starting the installation process. If you encounter any difficulties, call us at 1300 804 682 for assistance, and we'll arrange for a Technician to help you promptly.

Feel Good Massage Chairs will handle all necessary covered repairs, including sending required parts directly to you and arranging for an authorised service provider to perform repairs at your home, all at no cost. In the rare event that a specific part is unavailable, we may replace your product with a comparable model, though the replacement value will not exceed the original purchase price. If you choose not to accept a replacement, our warranty coverage will no longer include repair services.
