Our massage chairs are manufactured in Shanghai by one of the best factories in the world. This same factory also supplies the motors and components for massage chairs that are made in Japan.

There are a couple of chairs in our range that don’t require assembly at all however most of our range does require some form of assembly. If you are receiving your chair via our delivery only service, you will find handy videos and step by step instructions on our service and support page as well as in your Purchase email. Generally, our chairs arrive in either 2 or 3 boxes which will consist of either the chair and the leg massage component OR the body of the chair, arms and leg massage component.

A lot of factors need to be considered with this question such as:

  • How much use it gets?
  • How well it’s maintained?
  • Where it is located?

I always refer to a massage chair as similar to a car. If you maintain and respect your massage chair you will see many happy years ahead. The average life span is approx. 10 years however we are still servicing chairs that we sold over 15 years ago.

We have showrooms in Adelaide and Melbourne where you can see and try our entire range. We are in the process of expanding to include Sydney in 2021.

Depending on the massage chair you purchase will determine the warranty. Our low and mid-range chairs come with a 3 years warranty whilst our top of the range chairs come with a 7-year warranty. ALL chairs come with a Lifetime structural warranty. Our warranty covers in home repair, we come to your home and carry out any repairs. Please check out our warranty brief by following this link.

Yes, there is. One each of our product pages you will find instructional videos and step by step guides.

It is not uncommon for customers to relay to us that they felt sore after using their massage chair for the first few times. Using a massage chair is similar to doing a workout as your muscles are being worked to release tension etc. Some of the muscles that are being worked by your massage chair may not have been used in a while or you may have built up tension so hence the reason why you may experience some sort of hurt or discomfort. This will ease the more you use your massage chair.

Overuse of your massage chair can also cause pain and discomfort so limit your use to our recommended 1 hour per day maximum.

Each of our massage chairs has its own unique features so it will depend on what you are looking for in a massage chair. Try using the following guides to determine the differences and what massage chair will suit you best:

Alternatively, you can visit us at one of our showrooms and try out our range of massage chairs or call us on 1300 804 682 and our trained staff can assist you further.

We recommend that children under the age of 12 years do not use the chair unless a medical professional provides consent to do so. The reason for this is that the growth plate in children under the age of 12 years may not be fully developed and so the use of mechanical rollers, pressure from airbags and stretching motion within the programmes can inhibit the natural development of their growth plates and cause potential injury. Please consult your medical practitioner for further advice.
