Tried out 5 different chairs when I was looking & Rebecca was very helpful and patient with me, explaining the features etc  as I sat in each one,  eventually choosing the Oneiro Dream. Prompt delivery from the boys who were very professional and helpful with the set up and placement of my chair. Definitely try out the chairs before buying one, they all felt slightly different.
